Good whole bean coffee
It’s a good whole bean coffee, which is more/less what you can read in the description.
For $61 thought,it feels a bit ovepriced.Otherwise,I’d expect a little bit more from
this medium roast type.On an occasional brew,it feels a bit burned and over-bitter like
I’d expect it to be for less sophisticated type. But, in most, it’s pretty much balanced
thought I find Organic Camano Island Brazilian Medim Roast to be a better choice.
3.5 stars for this one and 4.5 for the Brazilian one. It’s a very good whole been coffee
for under $50.For $61,it’s a bit overpriced.Very good coffee under $60.
Good Coffee
I tried several kinds of coffee at the local store and hated them, so I did some research and decided to give this one a try. It’s got a mild nutty, earthy flavor without the burnt coffee taste of a dark roast (that’s what a dark roast is–burnt coffee). It is good on its own, but would be especially good as a base if you plan to mix beans. Being a Sumatra, it is easier on the digestion than most other kinds of coffee (I noticed a difference), although if you really have acid indigestion problems the dark roast is supposed to be the best. The beans have a pleasant aroma and are nice and shiny. The bag is actually quite large – about 12″X8″X6″ – so plan on it taking up some refrigerator or freezer space. Overall, I would recommend this coffee, and because the bag is so large I will be sharing some with my sister.
Good Choice
We chose this variety when another was out of stock and are very satisfied. Plenty of flavor even though it is not dark roast. We would buy it again.
