The taste is good. It isn’t particularly spicy. Oregon Chai makes a spicy version that I may try next. Chai tea latte is typically a hot beverage. I like this one even with cold milk. It still has the same Chai flavor and is really quick and easy.
The pump is sold separately. You don’t have to buy the pump. You can measure the amount of concentrate to use in several different ways. The pump is very convenient to measure out the concentrate directly into a glass or mug.
