I was disappointed on receiving the item because the blade mechanism seemed loose and wobbly. I was right! It failed on the second time we used it. The seller was notified and were very helpful about getting the defective unit replaced. We got the replacement unit today (only took about a week) and it is perfect! This unit is very fast and very consistent in terms of quantity (12 cup pot takes 12 seconds) and quality: the grind is consistently fine with no unground beans in the mix. I’m very happy with the unit and the stellar service on the part of the seller.
