We can Brew nothing else at home

My wife is picky about her coffee. I myself can drink a variety of brands. This coffee just suits us the best. It’s not bitter, very smooth and you can’t get a bad cup. If you like strong coffee, this won’t be for you. I do like a strong cup once in a while and I can’t get this stuff strong enough. It has flavor tho and we are happy with it. The only thing that isn’t great about this coffee is the awful bag. It just doesn’t work so be prepared to store it other ways.

Wonderfully Smooth and Rich!

I have to say that I was a little worried about ordering so much coffee in case I didn’t like it, but I was trusting in the good reviews for all the varieties. If you like a mellow, smooth coffee, this is it. I have been looking for a coffee that has all the important things to me: organic, shade grown, fair traded AND great taste. I’ve looked a lot of places and I’m so glad I finally found it! As far as the heavy plastic bag it comes in, unless you are going to use it all in one week, I suggest breaking it down into weekly sized bags and freezing them.

I used to get a certain light roast coffee from a company with a famous donkey (and man) but haven’t been able to find it available lately, so I went looking for a light roast I could get all the time and landed on Camano Island. Not as much caffeine as the other but much to my liking. I brew it alone or blend it with other darker roasts to mellow them down a bit. The automatic delivery is a plus also.
