Delicious. Not that dark of a roast.
This coffee is quite delicious in my drip coffeemaker and also in the press pot. For the price it is hard to do much better. As far as a dark roast goes though, I would say this matches what you might see in an Italian Roast rather than a French Roast. It’s dark, but not quite as dark as I prefer.
Great tasting coffee that makes you feel good
Organic Camano Island Coffee Roasters Peru, Dark Roast, Whole Bean is a pleasant tasting coffee. Nice a dark and rich. The added bounce is that is is organic, fair trading, and shade grown. These are all musts for me when buying coffee. I like that buying shade grown coffee allow song birds to have habitat above the coffee plants. I like that organic means the growing of my coffee does not add poisons to the local water sources. And I like that fair trade means I do not have to worry about whether those that grow and pick the coffee can afford to feed themselves on their wages.
Excellent coffee
I’ve now purchased three packages of this coffee and the last was as good as the first. When brewed it doesn’t have any bitterness and the last cup is as tasty as the first.
I get many complements and all my friends ask how I always make such good coffee.
BTW … did I mention I liked this coffee?
