I used to like coffee, but this relationship is evolving quickly.
Some generous folks in the office (sadly, not me) pitched in and replaced the office drip coffee maker with this beast. Yes, it takes up a ton of room, and setting it up takes a little effort and patience, and refilling the water tank isn’t a job that I fight for. However, dear heavens, is that good coffee. I have had the (lack of) pleasure of sampling the wares of Keurig, Flava, various drip coffee machines, Starbucks, Dunking Donuts, and the like. Some products were awful to tolerable. Others were reasonably good, especially on a cold day.
This bad boy is a game changer. The product is rich, flavorful, delicious… Sure, the bean matters, BUT YOU CAN USE FRESH BEANS. AT WORK! Who knew? I was a coffee maybe every morning. I could take it or leave it. Not any more.
But wait, I don’t have to clean it up after every use, nor do I need to insert a pod!
