Tea Whisk 25 + spoon

Great whisk

Love the whisk and spoon. Container is cheap tho, I thought it was thicker plastic but it bends and once you use whisk it expands lip will not fit top securely. Whisk and spoon are great, container not what is described.

good good

It worked as expected. I think the only problem I had was that after I used it for the first time, the whisk no longer fit in the container…

Whisky Business

The quality in the photo is certainly misleading. It appears to be solid quality that offers a decent life-span. Now for the price, it’s not a total flop, but I was disappointed to find the Chasen’s whiskers expanded and lost their shape within the first two uses. The cheap bamboo expands and blossoms outward a bit more each use. The whisk no longer fits in the plastic container it comes with without the lid popping back off. The center bamboo piece expanded and lost it shape the most. I’ve been using mine everyday for 3 weeks and it seems like I’ll get maybe another 2 weeks tops out of it before I need to seek out a better, more durable Tea Whisk.

The scoop is made of very cheap wood. The container is made of thin, flimsy plastic. The biggest disappointment is the appearance after it begins to loose it’s form. It is something I anticipated displaying with my Matcha tea set up. It will soon only compliment my garage can.
