Gives me energy and tastes ok
I add this powder to my other berry flavored nutritional powder smoothie. I do notice a boost in energy but not nervous energy. It does help my concentration at work as well. I bring up work because that is when i take it during my 10 hour swing shift. I am not half as tired by the end of the shift as I used to be. I was expecting it to turn my energy shake bitter but actually I didnt really notice any difference in the taste of my smoothie.

I have taken this product for about two years and it gives me energy, I feel healthy and I am getting essencial amino acids, vitamins,alkaloids and minerals.
