Pretty good taste but you will need to pick out 10-15 beans with each pound you roast. Over all it is a good deal and nice flavor. There are ten to fifteen aberrant beans in each pound that you should pick out. They will alter the flavor of your roast. This is not difficult to do and worth the effort.
